Nose
Green grapes, moscato, blossom. Hot gorse with water. Green tea and grapefruit. Simple but attractive. Palate
All that fragrance along with a slight thickening quality in the centre of the tongue. Light malt. Falls apart with water. Finish
Whipped cream. Comment
All rather insubstantial but attractive enough though.
Martine Nouet
Nose
Fruity. Pear Williams and peach nectars and hardly anything else. A touch of dry hay in the back maybe. No alcoholic sensation. Palate
Sweet. Still fruity but without the juicy feel of the fruit. The palate does not have the appetising zing of the nose. Finish
And the pear goes on… Comment
A monochromatic dram. The nose is more interesting than the palate.
