Nose
Warm. Cow’s breath and sweet hay with a hint of scented smoke, lemon. Mature. Becomes fresher and greener in time, hedge clippings. Palate
Clean, leafy with an acidic energy. Good orchard fruits in, then hazelnut and light smoke. Good balance. Finish
Tight and slightly smoked. Comment
Has maturity and presence. Ardmore:a complete package.

Nose
An unwelcomed note of damp wood at start which gives way to wet straw then citrus fruit (orange pulp). Takes times to open up. Grated coconut. Palate
Smooth at start then getting drier and slightly sour. Grippy oak, Touch of leather. Finish
Dry, spicy (paprika). Comment
Oak is prevailing, especially on the palate. Lacks balance and charm.
