- Resinous. Pine needles warmed by the sun. Gets creamier on time. Butterscotch. Vanilla crème brûlée. A
hint of liquorice.

- Smooth. Well balanced. Apples cooked in cider. Getting gingery.

- Dry,crisp.Spicy
- Comment
- A good deliveryof oak and fruit,well combined. Quite a spicy character.

- Stewed apple,some spice,quite thin.

- Fruity,and medium long.

- Not as rich as some Macallans but not an embarrassment.
