Nose
White chocolate/Milky Way and marshmallow. All very up and light, but there's a suggestion of age..a slightly brassy note.Steamed golden syrup pudding, vanilla and juicy fruits
Palate
Fresher and more floral than the nose. Pineapple, grapefruit and blossom.Lovely.
Finish
Those juicy soft fruits again.
Comment
Lovely. Has retained freshness (or taken a long time to get here.

Nose
Oak at first with a mix of sawdust and young oak sap. Then sweeter notes rise. Caramel, vanilla fudge.Distant. chicken broth.
Palate
Velvety, round. Spices cover sweet flavours and dry the palate. A hint of Marmite spread. Black pepper. Roasted hazelnuts.
Finish
Dry,somewhat grippy and astringent. Oak speaks up.
Comment
On the oakyside. Too old? Lacks subtleness.
