- Crisp. The sweetness comes after, once the tongue is coated. Lovely fruit display. Like biting in a granny smith. Sharp at start then juicy and rewarding.

- Slowly and gently flowing.

- A delicious dram. As pleasant a s a walk in an orchard on a sunny autumn day. Crisp,fresh and sunny
