Martine Nouet
80- Nose
- Light and fragrant. Grassy. Herbal. Straw. Garden mint. Elegant spices. Paprika, touch of curry.
- Palate
- Incredibly fresh and clean. Enticing, fresh herb flavours. Luscious sherbety mouthfeel.
- Finish
- Not very long but keeps the taste profile high. Tender bitterness.
- Comment
- As refreshing as a herbal tea but much more rewarding and fulfilling. Would suit a leg of lamb with mint sauce.

- Delicate and floral with hints of boiled milk and dry malt. Seems to have quite a subtle richness.
- Palate
- Fragrant blossoms: orange/jasmine and a chewy start, but a sour note spoils things.
- Finish
- Dry and soft then that milky note again.
- Comment
- Sadly it's just unbalanced.
