Nose
Light and fragrant. Grassy. Herbal. Straw. Garden mint. Elegant spices. Paprika, touch of curry. Palate
Incredibly fresh and clean. Enticing, fresh herb flavours. Luscious sherbety mouthfeel. Finish
Not very long but keeps the taste profile high. Tender bitterness. Comment
As refreshing as a herbal tea but much more rewarding and fulfilling. Would suit a leg of lamb with mint sauce.
Dave Broom
Nose
Delicate and floral with hints of boiled milk and dry malt. Seems to have quite a subtle richness. Palate
Fragrant blossoms: orange/jasmine and a chewy start, but a sour note spoils things. Finish
Dry and soft then that milky note again. Comment
Sadly it’s just unbalanced.
