Dave Broom Nose Perfumed and floral: iced gems, icing sugar, vanilla pod, créme anglaise. Sweet, light and appetising. In time, lino and plain oak. Palate Very sweet and fragrant. Alpine blossoms. Delicate and delicious. Finish Light oak. Comment Well balanced, delicate and attractive.
