- Smooth and velvety. A slight oaky grip gives way to dried fruit in a spicy syrup. Dessicated apple,raisins, candied ginger. Peppery with water.

- Fizzy,spicy,lingering.

- A full bowl of stewed and dried fruit. For a breakfast treat?
