Nose
Rich with cedar and a sweet perfumed lift. Dusty with some dried flower. Has real poise and elegance considering the strength. Water layers the aromas well bringing out some char as well as scented Chinese tea. Palate
Sweet and concentrated with strawberry and cherry. Sweet juicy fruits then toffee, sandalwood and even incense. Big and thick on the palate. Balanced. Finish
Spicy great length. Comment
Copes with high alcohol well. Great balance, poise and sophistication.
Dominic Roskrow
Nose
Glazed cherries, cedarwood, dusty polished leather. Palate
Dark chocolate dipped cherries, spearmint and spice. Finish
Long and warming. Comment
A fine and full bourbon all-rounder.
