- Nose
- Thick and rich with jammy woodland fruits. Redwood forest, fragrant and
quite perfumed: Turkish Delight, black cherry, candied peel. Robust but
elegant.
- Palate
- Rounded, complex. Cinnamon, rose, camphor it's like fireworks going off in
the mouth, but underneath is a slow candied river of sweetness.
- Finish
- Black fruits. Peels and orange bitters.
- Comment
- Rich and sweet with massive energy. A trio of great bourbons.

- Nose
- Prickly. The alcohol bites. Intensely fruity and spicy. Dried cranberries,
cooked rhubarb. Raisins. Polished floor. Turkish delight. Quite complex.
- Palate
- Crisp and dry. The high alcohol strength produces its effect. But it is
balanced by a fruity sweetness.
- Finish
- Warm, dry and spicy.
- Comment
- The high strength can be a barrier. And you lose the balance by diluting it. So, only for those who like it hot !
