- Nose
- Well dusted.Oddfellows, cinnamon balls, lots of intense fragrance then lemon sherbet, barberry and sage brush. A wee drop of water and it's a new leather belt.
- Palate
- Soft start then it grips. Wild and untamed flavours, herbs, bitter orange
peels, sumac. A party in the mouth.
- Finish
- Lemon and grapefruit.
- Comment
- Heaven Hill has quietly been releasing some stunners in recent years. This
is another.

- Nose
- Reminiscent of an old book. Big spices with cinnamon chocolate. A hint of
humidor as well.
- Palate
- Fills the mouth with spice and sweet shop flavours. Chewy like a stick of Big Red chewing gum. Some hints of lemon and thyme.
- Finish
- Dries out leaving this wonderful spicy oak coating.
- Comment
- Another belter of a bourbon from Heaven Hill…someone send a crate.
