- Nose
- Spicy, minty.
- Palate
- Creamy. Grainy. Some rye spiciness. Créme caramel. Or even tiramisu?
- Finish
- Gentle surge of gingery spiciness to provide a balancing dryness. Gently warming.
- Comment
- Very drinkable, but does it have sufficient complexity to retain the drinker's interest?

- Nose
- Pedro Ximinez or old fashioned Oloroso? Mincemeat.
- Palate
- Freshly baked pastry. Honey and nuts too. It's a pecan Danish.
- Finish
- Short but nicely integrated.
- Comment
- Good nose but doesn't really deliver.
