- A real curiosity.

- Honeycomb, beeswax, vanilla pods and hot buttered corn on the cob. Then Parma ham with dates, raisins.
- Palate
- Quite waxy and oily, honey, fresh corn and cream. The oak shows through with vanillas and little bow rosin.

- Lingering and spiced.
