- Nose
- Grassy and smoky. Bonfire on a wet day. Damp straw. Bog myrtle. Wet sand
and shells. In time, vanilla swirls up with lemonade to bring in a sweet touch. With water, freshly squeezed lemon.
- Palate
- Sweet and crisp. Lemon sherbet, hints of lemon grass. The smoke keeps
mainly backstage.
- Finish
- Lingering, soothing on marzipan.
- Comment
- A wonderful freshener on a warm summer day, citrussy and smokier
than phenolic.

- Nose
- Initially closed then this marine character wakes up. Damp embers,
bracken, samphire. A citrus edge lurks after a while.
- Palate
- The smoke comes at the end after citrus sweets, lemon drops and
orange sherberts.
- Finish
- Long with lemon drizzle cake.
- Comment
- Another great outdoors dram to pep the spirits up.
