Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson Nose Honey. Syrup. Figs. Dry spiciness. Slightly medicinal. Palate Astonishingly fig-like. Earthy. Dusty. Finish Tastes stronger than the claimed 45%. Restorative. Comment After a few of these, the rebel leader (played by Anthony Quinn) toasts freedom, and we start firing our carbines in the air.

Dave Broom Nose Obviously old: concentrated rancio/balsamic notes, wild mushroom liquor. Fragrant smoke, coffee grounds, arbroath smoke, amontillado. Palate An intriguing and complex mix of dried fruits, oak, wet coal, fish oils. Finish Long oaky, rancio. Comment Do NOT add water. Remarkable for its age.
