- Nose
- Youthfully acetic with a whiff of spirit above gentle smoke (bbq?) and a cereal base. Some caramel. Honey?
- Palate
- Quite light and dry at first; then surprisingly rich and gingery. Gingerbread.
- Finish
- Mild. Lovely late smoke development.
- Comment
- Elegant and uncomplicated. Refreshing and appetising. Hides its 50% ABV very well.

- Nose
- Lots of sherry, wood polish, tiramisu, tobacco and cinnamon toast.
- Palate
- Coffee drunk through a snorkel mask.
- Finish
- Bitter chocolate.
- Comment
- A sherry beast with rubbery horns. A drink to be chewed rather than sipped. It caught me in the right mood and I liked it.
