- Nose
- Very sweet. Citrus. Passion fruit. Winey.
- Palate
- Butterscotch. Peaches. Brambles.
- Finish
- Still fruity and sweetish, with some balancing spicy dryness.
- Comment
- The wine seems to have made common cause with the juicy sweetness, and the two have overwhelmed the cereal-grain and peat smoke that usually make this a more robust malt. This version would be a good dessert though.

- Nose
- Quite heady; bittersweet Turkish delight. Firm with clean oak. Exceptional.
- Palate
- Maintains the bittersweet style suggested by the nose with chewy maltiness replaced by lazy spice.
- Finish
- A rare dryness that fits in with the deft oak. The spice continues to buzz.
- Comment
- A superb offering. Just wish G and M would be braver and go with a 43 or 46 rather than the standard 40.
