- Nose
- Huh? This smells like an old-fashioned alcoholic cordial. Acetone, ginger, fruit syrups, spice.
- Palate
- Light and zesty. Lemon and lime with a weird floral note in the centre. Not as cloying as the nose suggests.
- Finish
- Clean and zippy.
- Comment
- I remain baffled, but will be using the remnants of the sample to make
a cocktail.

- Nose
- Cellophane, glue sticks, and oily cereal edge, almost pine forests, some sharp green fruits and a little cream vanilla.
- Palate
- Sticky toffee pudding, but an odd artificial caramel note. It moves to Key
Lime pie with squirty cream from a can.
- Finish
- That odd note continues to linger.
- Comment
- Don't think this is quite there yet. Possibly more ageing would help knit
things together more.
