Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson

Nose
Peaty. Dry. Smoky.
Palate
Begins with crisp, toasted (slightly burnt) hazelnuts. Develops a passion-fruit bitterness. Rounded out by a lemony, spicy, background.
Finish

Comment
A deft, attractive, dram.

Ian Wisniewski

Nose
Chargrilled notes, barbecue embers, peppery extra-virgin olive oil, then a vanilla garnish.
Palate
Ultra-delicate with smoky vanilla, earthy, chargrilled notes opening up, while baked apples, vanilla sauce, juicy lemon and maltines.
Finish
Earthy, barbecued flourish with lightly luscious sweetness.
Comment
A cross between a trapeze artist and a tightrope walker: performs dazzling routines while retaining poise and balance.
