Nose
Compact cereals at first: develops a background of summer fruits in the local greengrocers shop. A trace of lemony freshness. Perhaps some menthol? Palate
Light, but a little creamy. Jammy? Cream cakes? Still menthol in there. Finish
Fairly short and quite sharp. Comment
Has nothing to be ashamed of, but could do with more action at the front end.
Dave Broom
Nose
Flat, dull oak. Reminds me of school blackboards (chalk dust, oak). In time a light hay/cereal note. Lot of cask. Palate
As light as a feather. Some sweetness, some light fruit. Finish
Short. Comment
There’s just not a lot happening.
