Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson Nose Perfumy. Herbal. Vegetal. Palate Starts softly and sweetly, then explodes with flavours. Camomile, lemon grass, anis, fennel. Very spicy. Finish Very dry. Intense. Comment This is how Lowlanders used to be: drier, more herbal, more complex. Buy now, while stocks last.

Dave Broom Nose Touches of tobacco, waxed floors, hessian, then brazil nut, cooked fruit and tinned peach. Mature. Palate Sweet, rounded, mixing a silky feel with light fruits, flowers and some fresh nuttiness. It hits a perfect balance between delicacy and substance. Finish A hint of smoke.
