- Perfumy. Very floral. Rose petals.

- Light, cleansing. Long, spicy, flavour development. Very fresh ginger character. Cumin?
- Finish
- Liquorice. Gin-like. Gin-and-tonic.
- Comment
- Refreshing start; soothing finish. Quite a trick.

- Creamy. Complex. Candle wax, lilac, bitumen, lemons a-plenty, pear, honey, light marine notes, dry seaweed, smoke.
- Palate
- Oily and smooth with a light waxiness. Eases onto the palate. A concentrated bundle with hints of lemon myrtle. Great balance.
- Finish
- Smoke leaks out. Dry.
- Comment
- A complex, subtle malt.
