Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson Nose Perfumy. Very floral. Rose petals. Palate Light, cleansing. Long, spicy, flavour development. Very fresh ginger character. Cumin? Finish Liquorice. Gin-like. Gin-and-tonic. Comment Refreshing start; soothing finish. Quite a trick.

Dave Broom Nose Creamy. Complex. Candle wax, lilac, bitumen, lemons a-plenty, pear, honey, light marine notes, dry seaweed, smoke. Palate Oily and smooth with a light waxiness. Eases onto the palate. A concentrated bundle with hints of lemon myrtle. Great balance. Finish Smoke leaks out. Dry. Comment A complex, subtle malt.
