- Surprisingly fresh, minty and herbal.
- Palate
- Lightly syrupy. Texture reminiscent of whipped cream. Rosewater. Sherbet. Meringue on a shortbread base.
- Finish
- Distinctly leafy and grassy.
- Comment
- A rare delight.

- Dry nose with a slight dirty/earthy note before toffee cream, wholemeal biscuit and a hint of cigar smoke.
- Palate
- Rich with pear, peach and some toffee. Dries very quickly.
- Finish
- Some smoke. Dry.
- Comment
- Good but not quite balanced.
