Nose
Surprisingly fresh, minty and herbal.
Palate
Lightly syrupy. Texture reminiscent of whipped cream. Rosewater. Sherbet. Meringue on a shortbread base.
Finish
Distinctly leafy and grassy.
Comment
A rare delight.

Dave Broom

Nose
Dry nose with a slight dirty/earthy note before toffee cream, wholemeal biscuit and a hint of cigar smoke.
Palate
Rich with pear, peach and some toffee. Dries very quickly.
Finish
Some smoke. Dry.
Comment
Good but not quite balanced.
