Nose
Young, lively and swaggering.Lots of lemon peel and kumquat bitterness. The rye flour is back along with an almost lavender like perfume. Some linden blossom, cumin seed.
Palate
Very light and surprisingly restrained. Approachable and soft. Little bit of nutmeg just on the finish.
Finish
Zesty.
Comment
A solid enough performer, but lacks brio.

Rob Allanson

Nose
Playful and youthful. Swaps from sweet citrus to a bitter note. Ground spices with a floral edge.
Palate
Clean, carries that floral note through it. Slight woodiness with a little rye spice towards the end.
Finish
Refreshing and soft.
Comment
Considering its age a more mellow drink than you would expect.
