- Floral, slightly herbal, with pineapple, orange and cereal notes, fleeting icing sugar and then damp earth.
- Palate
- Slightly tart, with unripe oranges and white pepper.
- Finish
- Drying significantly to Java coffee and spicy oak.
- Comment
- At its best with a splash of water.

- A mix of herbs and fruits, pineapple with vanilla laced sugar, apples with honey and sorrel.

- A little dry, oak tannins. But then the fruits start to build.

- Mouth gripping and medium length.
