Dave Broom

Nose
Clean. Grass clippings with a touch of cereal behind. Quite fresh with a crisp nature. In time there's dry hay,hazelnut light cumin seed and lemon.
Palate
Sweeter than you expect.Light to medium-bodied,but a balance has been struck between the dryness (malt/hay) and sweet (praline/light fruit). Cinnamon.
Finish
Gentle and clean.
Comment
Fresh and appealing.

Nose
Similar to handfuls of aromatic hay. Cumin, lemongrass and slight nuttiness to it.
Palate
Sweet and dry. Has a little spice to it but runs the line between a malt chewiness and delicate sweetness.
Finish
Comforting and balanced.
Comment
Has a moreishness to it.
