Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson Nose Scenty, sweetly piney. An exotic dessert from the Eastern Mediterranean? Palate Creamy-tasting. Long sweetness. Intense. Finish Piney. Fragrant. Drying slightly. Comment Appetising. Some length and complexity.

Dave Broom Nose Gentle yet crisp. Some leather, marzipan and rounded fruits: apple/apple wood, banana. Water makes it slightly harder and woodier. Palate Crisp, clean and slightly grassy. A bit immature. Finish Good length with some spiciness. Comment Well-made, just lacks some complexity.
