- Creamy toffee. Burnt sugar. Treacle toffee.

- Flapjack and black coffee.
- Comment
- Robust, rather than complex. A sustaining, sweetish, restorative.

- Big and rich. Fruit and nut, black cherry, olde english marmalade, peat, touch of moss/fern, dried peels, black banana and caramel, some smoke.

- Fruit cake sweetness. A thick feel and a broad mid-palate which tapers into a dry spicy finish. Water brings out milk chocolate.
