79- Nose
- Intense rye notes. Acidic. Lemon, sourdough starter,cherry Tunes, lightly dusty. Allspice. With water there's cumin and a rock candy character.
- Palate
- Light start. Good mouth-watering acidity (which you want from rye). Powdered rose petal,lemon and lime. Dusty.
- Finish
- A rye-like lift. The perfume returns.
- Comment
- Great balance between the sour and the sweet.

- Big,fragrant. A whole display of antique shop aromas.Polished oak, precious exotic wood. Sour fruit. Unripe plum. Touch of old leather. Hint of Turkish delight Cadbury chocolate.

- Round. In perfect harmony with the nose. But a tone under.

- Rather short but quite pleasant. Just a little oaky touch.
- Comment
- A bourbon with a rich percentage of rye? A pleasant after dinner dram, especially with a coffee.
