90- Nose
- Full-on mature rye which holds its power despite its age. Full-on rye flour/sourdough starter combo allied to anise, laurel, face powder and violet root. Complex.
- Palate
- Spice from the start along with good acidity, sour cherry/plum and green apple. When it relaxes in the centre before it tightens once more..
- Finish
- ... and brings out some zesty lemon and menthol.
- Comment
- A very very classy mature rye. Highly recommended for the decadent boulevardiers among you.
