- Slightly dusty and dry, like an old church hall. Then sweetness emerges, with barbecued pineapple and black treacle too.
- Palate
- Warmed rye bread and melted butter, but then dry and spicy. Some dark fruit compote as well.
- Finish
- That dusty dry note and fresh oak.
- Comment
- Perfect for play with cocktails, great stuff really.
