80- Nose
- Fruity but with a sour note. Cider apple,even cider cellar with a note of damp wood. In the back, curry. Keeps sour. Obviously a high content of rye.
- Palate
- Crisp. In the same key as the nose. Sour plum compote. Varnish. Hint of Turkish delight.
- Finish
- Sweeter. Slightly nutty. Caramelised pecan. Lingering.
- Comment
- Another Rye Whiskey ? The nose is a bit dour but the palate is more balanced. An interesting character.

- Dry and dusty,those classic rye traits. Has some mellow spices and sweetness to it too.

- A short dryness laced with sour fruit, cherries,plum skins. Acetone.

- Sweet with walnut and dates.
