Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson Nose Hints of bitter chocolate. Palate Clean, syrupy. Brown sugar. Butter. Dark chocolate. Mint. Kendal mint cake. Finish Late hint of peat. Comment Lots happening. Nice interplay of elements.

Dave Broom Nose Rich and rounded: toffee (Werthers Original) orange, light spice/leaf. Pretty rich, good balance. Palate Thick in the mouth. A chewy weight, any woodiness is balanced by buttered nuts, citrus and a slightly earthy smokiness. A lush package. Finish Dry and nutty with good balance. Comment A lot to it. Everything has knitted together well.
