- Soft. Very flowery. Nasturtiums? Garden bonfires.
- Palate
- Light to medium. Smooth. Flowery but substantial. Orange blossom honey.
- Finish
- Spicy, long, dry peaty.
- Comment
- A surprising amount of peat in this usually very delicate malt.

- Fragrant, smoke: smoked meats, medicinal, but also flowers and citrus. Great complexity.

- Layers of complex, balanced, flavours. Wonderful weight: thrift, flowers, smoked meat, spice. Precise and balanced.
