- Aromatic. Somewhere in the distance, they are burning heather.
- Palate
- Malty dryness. Straight-ahead attack. Powerful. Grips the taste sensors and won't let go.
- Finish
- Sweet but peppery.
- Comment
- I admired its feistiness, but I might be more comfortable with a greater degree of maturity.

- Rich and soft. Ridiculously creamy: blackberry cheesecake, semi-dried fruits, roasted nuts. Voluptuous.

- Spicy and dark with ginger notes. Fruit cake, smoked paprika, butter, dried fruit.

- Palo Cortado, nutty, marzipan.

- A big soft beast of a dram. More please!
