- Restrained.Grassy.Herbal tea. Verbena.Medicinal but on the herbal tea side not the TCP one.Toblerone.
- Palate
- Thick,syrupy.Sweet.Cereal bowl. Squeezed orange.
- Finish
- Spicy,dry. Fizzy.
- Comment
- Very satisfying.A beautiful bourbon cask maturation. Superb to match with a cheesecake or lemon meringue pie. But the sting of the bee must be blunt,I did not feel it.

- Fresh apple,almond and stewed fruits.
- Palate
- Big mouth feel,rich and sweet,with tinned peaches and a late drying quality from aged tannins.

- Beautifully balanced and outstanding.
