- Perfumy. Cedar,fading rose,cloved orange. Like opening granny's wardrobe Marzipan. Keeps an enticing freshness. Elegant and complex.
- Palate
- Silky,caressing. Oak is perfectly integrated. Exotic fruit. Guava juice with a touch of mango. Water brings the cedar note forward.
- Finish
- Lingering,spicy. Marzipan in the back.
- Comment
- Tastes old.Superb. Refined and complex. Still so lively and fresh. Hard to leave…

- Gooseberry,grape,tingling pineapple, very clean.

- Oily,rich sweet and full,with intense fruitness and a firm peaty underlay.

- Lovely with the sweet summer fruits giving way to some tannins late on.

- A surprising flavour for this distillery, but good to see the Society's standards aren't slipping.
