Nose
Clean and fragrant. Lightly floral with a slight buttery, meadowsweet note and a twinge of unripe fruit. Some almond and a little lemon and wet wool.
Palate
Sweet and slightly syrupy to start. Bright and clean then the floral characters come through. Fresh lime. Needs water.
Finish
Gentle and springlike.
Comment
Balanced fresh and delicious.

Nose
Tangy. Grassy. Needs to be aerated to tone the sharpness down. Very perfumed on the hand. Drying hay, thick honey, honeysuckle.
Palate
Crisp and fresh. A good balance of sweet cereals and young oak. The tangy feel of the alcohol bite keeps the sharpness high though. With water lemony and gingery.
Finish
Dry,slightly bitter. Fizzy.
Comment
A frisky malt which tastes young. But too angular. Not a very fruitful maturation?
