Dave Broom

Quite oily, some nutty sherried notes, then bran, cooked apple and caramel.
Reminiscent of glucose drinks. A little tingle of nutmeg.
Dries into cereal and some oak.
In the W&M camp of soft, fat and fruity.

Rob Allanson

Sweet sherry, malt loaf and some fruit candy. A little curry spice too.
Waves of caramel and some hazelnut. Eventually a sort of fruit pastille note develops, with more fruit.
Gentle with a slight winey note.
Another good whisky for playing and mixing with.
