Nose
Sweet and warming. Vanilla wafers. Lime cordial. Lots of cereals.
Palate
Silky. Sweet with a teasing fizzy feel on the tongue. Demerara syrup. More vanilla. A slight cardboard note.
Finish
Sweet, medium long. Fresh hazelnut.
Comment
Definitely on the sweet side. The alcohol is well mastered. A bit uni-dimensional though. Water does not bring out much more.

Nose
This is almost breakfast-esque. Honey and nut cereal, Jersey cream, vanilla pod and a zip of citrus rind.
Palate
Dark rich sugar, a little touch of coffee beans. There is that citrus element lurking as well.
Finish
Long and rich.
Comment
Wonder what this would be like with another few years under its belt, but a good whisky nonetheless.
