- Nose
- Sweet and warming. Vanilla wafers. Lime cordial. Lots of cereals.
- Palate
- Silky. Sweet with a teasing fizzy feel on the tongue. Demerara syrup. More
vanilla. A slight cardboard note.
- Finish
- Sweet, medium long. Fresh hazelnut.
- Comment
- Definitely on the sweet side. The alcohol is well mastered. A bit uni-dimensional though. Water does not bring out much more.

- Nose
- This is almost breakfast-esque. Honey and nut cereal, Jersey cream, vanilla pod and a zip of citrus rind.
- Palate
- Dark rich sugar, a little touch of coffee beans. There is that citrus element
lurking as well.
- Finish
- Long and rich.
- Comment
- Wonder what this would be like with another few years under its belt, but a
good whisky nonetheless.
