Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson Nose Creamy oak. Palate Creamy, oily, delicate. Finish Lightly spicy, but long. Comment Light and delicate, but beautifully composed.

Dave Broom Nose Big fat, muscular, creamy nose, all apple pie and custard, toffee brittle and ginger snaps. Palate A rich soft vein of melted milky toffee peppered with spice. Rounded and well covered. Chewy mocha. Finish Soft and sweet with teasing spiciness. Comment Creamy and lovely. A great introduction to the Canadian style. Buffalo Springfield.
