Nose
Grassy. Freshly cut grass. Meadow flowers. Lemon balm, angelica. Touch of smoke.
Palate
Sweet and light. Very refreshing. The same grassy profile as on the nose. Herbs infusion. Lemon meringue pie.
Finish
Straightforward with a touch of aniseed. Keeps the palate fresh.
Comment
Another “herbal tea” option. Would be marvelous in a granité with a citrus fruit salad.

Nose
Caramel chews. Lobster bisque, grilled prawns and gentle peat. Very buttery with melon and creamy oak.
Palate
Those creamy notes come through with a sweet, light edge. A herbal and spicy note builds gently.
Finish
The spices explode with a crisp dryness.
Comment
A well chosen cask, perfect summer evening tipple perhaps with soda.
