Michael Jackson Nose Faint tobacco. Autumn leaves. Hint of pine. Palate Sweet. Cereal grains. Finish Very sweet. Cookie-like. Comment A totally different style from Yoichi malts. A very enjoyable, sweet, pick me up. After a round of golf?

Jim Murray Nose Thin, austere and mildly feinty. Palate Vanilla is the main theme and there is a fresh, fruity, mouth-watering quality. Finish Surprisingly long and increasingly oily. A hint of smoke adds to the complexity. Comment A greatly improved malt.
