Creamy. Vegetal, Sweet. Parsnips?
Finish
Slightly sour. Grassy. With water, a late, sudden, hint of peat.

I’m glad still to be able to taste a whisky from this long-gone distillery, but it’s really one for the collectors.

Dave Broom
Nose
Chewy, soft and cuddly. Ovaltine, hot cross bun, coconut, green fruit/olive oil, light smoke, sulphur.
Palate
Fairly dry but attractive mix of chewy malt, nut and light oiliness. Good texture with some white fruit, dry edges and a wisp of smoke running through the centre.
Finish
Sweet.
