- Nose
- Surprising. White chocolate, nougat, lemon curd. Coffee and cream liquor.
- Palate
- Viscous, milky. Cappuccino. Good balance between palate and nose.
- Finish
- Quite dry. Sappy, slightly astringent.
- Comment
- Original bunch of flavours that Towser and her descendants would have enjoyed.

- Nose
- Creamy. A pat of butter melting over wholemeal toast. OTT. Water brings out tangerine, lemon and spring flowers.
- Palate
- Crisper than the nose suggests. The flowers are hanging in there along with some spiciness but all locked into the soft embrace of the butter.
- Finish
- Quite light.
- Comment
- Big, gentle and attractive if you are a fan of old-style Aussie Chardonnay.
