Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson

Nose
Creamy, herbal, flowery.
Palate
Complex, with very tightly combined flavours, gradually revealing cut grass and thyme, but somewhat dried out.
Finish
Austere even by Cragganmore standards.
Comment
Not very old, but was the cask a little tired?

Dave Broom

Nose
Obvious alcohol when neat. Slightly hard and austere: graphite, oak, some heather, grass and very light touches of vanilla and fruit.
Palate
Sweet and gentle. Very light.
Finish
Lightly fruity.
Comment
Lacks the complexity you expect from Cragganmore.
