72- Nose
- Prickly, even a bit spirity. Herbal, yellow Chartreuse. Angelica, lemon balm, star anis. Develops delicate pudding notes. Vanilla custard.
- Palate
- Surprisingly sweet. Very herbal. Verbena, lime tea. With a citrus appetising freshness.
- Finish
- Drier than at start. Slightly spicy and fizzy.
- Comment
- The cask was too tired to give roundness to that elegantly grassy malt. Alcohol needs to be tamed by water but still…

- White fruits clean and floral with touches of jasmine. Water shows a hard oak note before everything collapses.
- Palate
- Another very delicate dram. Apple blossom.
- Finish
- Clean. Very light, floral.
- Comment
- Has better weight than the Bladnoch.
