- Nose
- Seaweed, creosote, and fish. Potent, sweet and sour. With water there are jelly sweets and silage, horse dung and fag ash.
- Palate
- Sweet, peaty, and a little coal tar soap.
- Finish
- Dry and ashy.
- Comment
- Speyside you say, eh? A real region buster, and I loved that sootiness.

- Nose
- Light and perfumed top notes (green apple, lemon zest, lily) with some sweet hay, then comes a smokiness like burning stubble. Black pepper.
- Palate
- Sweet floral start, an rounded centre mixing grass (silage), smoke and a dusty note like angelica. Some coconut.
- Finish
- Smoked chilli.
