Nose
Restrained but subtle. New leather. A floral delicacy. A touch of orange blossom honey.
Palate
Thick, sweet. Very oily. Lemon pulp. Not a great range of flavours but a pleasant citrussy profile. A hint of ginger.
Finish
Nutty. Smoked almonds.
Comment
A surprising character. A light aromatic profile with a heavy mouthfeel. A touch of water keeps the balance right.

Nose
Light, simply structured. Some cereal notes behind slightly drier fruit.
Palate
Delicate. Sweet. Slightly chewy cereals. Malty, buttery cookies. Some chocolate.
Finish
Simple, well structured, perhaps slightly salty? Liquorice toffee. Appetising.
Comment
Simple, well structured malt.
