Fresh and lifted. Smoked fish. Gin like (juniper). Quite fleshy with a gentle grassiness behind marine. With water, wet lobster creels and sea-water soaked rope.
Palate
Slow start with a thread of balancing smoke lying above a mix of oily fruit and lobster shell.
Peaty. Farm-like. But a farm by the shore. Wet shells .A mineral touch. Sun warmed pebbles. A medicinal hint. A citrussy touch, tangerine maybe.
Palate
Smooth with a welcoming tang behind. A perfect balance with the nose. With a good mix of fruit and
grassiness. Refreshing. Gets spicier and spicier.
Finish
Lingering on peppery notes.
Comment
A pleasant outdoor dram. With an enticing delicacy.
